For Essential package: Your agent meets you after the jet bridge, just before the immigration hall. For Premium and VVIP: Your agent meets you at the aircraft door (airbridge) as soon as you exit the plane. You'll receive your agent's photo and WhatsApp number before arrival.

Children under 2 years (infants) are free when accompanied by a paying adult. Children ages 2-11 are charged at 50% of the adult rate. Children 12+ are charged the full adult rate. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
