The bridal entrance. A vintage Mercedes 220SE or a baby-blue VW Beetle Cabriolet rolling up to the venue gates is the moment most photographers wait for. We coordinate timing with your wedding planner so the car arrives precisely as the processional music begins, with the chauffeur opening the door for the bride and her father.

The post-ceremony getaway. A short, photogenic drive from the ceremony to the reception — often through the rice terraces in Ubud or along the cliff road in Uluwatu — gives the couple twenty private minutes after the vows and creates some of the most-shared images of the wedding album. We can also arrange a brief detour to a sunset photo spot before the reception.

Bridal party convoys. For larger weddings we coordinate a convoy of two to five vehicles — typically a lead vintage car for the couple, a modern Mercedes S-Class for parents, and Toyota Alphards for the bridal party. All vehicles arrive in formation, all chauffeurs in matching attire, and timing is coordinated by a single point of contact on the ground.

We also support pre-wedding photoshoots in the same vehicle (so the car appears consistently across both your engagement album and the wedding day), reception departure exits with sparklers, airport transfers in the same Mercedes the next morning, and honeymoon-day onward transport. Every booking is reviewed against your wedding-day run sheet and venue access constraints.

A wedding day in Bali typically spans three locations — the getting-ready villa, the ceremony venue, and the reception space — separated by 20–60 minutes of driving on roads that range from scenic to chaotic. The transport that connects those three points is one of the few things on the day that, if it fails, the whole timeline collapses. Yet it's also one of the things that couples often leave to the last week.

Buffer for the unexpected. Bali traffic is unpredictable — a procession can close a road, a ceremony at a neighbouring temple can clog a single-lane village street. Our chauffeurs build buffer into every leg of the day and have a backup vehicle on standby within 30 minutes of every wedding venue we serve. If something fails, the next car arrives before the timeline slips.

Integration with your wedding planner. We coordinate directly with your planner's run sheet — pickup times, photo windows, getaway moment, reception departure. The chauffeur arrives knowing exactly when to be where, what music to have ready (we can pre-load a Spotify playlist), and where to position the car for the photographer's hero shots.

Every car comes decorated in your wedding palette — fresh florals attached the morning of the wedding, "Just Married" sign placed at the moment you choose, ribbon trim coordinated with the bridesmaid bouquets. The chauffeur is in matching attire (typically black suit, white shirt) and trained in red-carpet door etiquette.
